The King and Honours
IBM is acknowledged as having one of the most talented, capable and diverse workforces in the United Kingdom. Moreover since opening its first office in the UK in 1912 a few employees have been recognised for having gone the extra mile to make life better for other people or being outstanding at what they do.
Receiving an award on the King's Birthday or New Year honours lists is among the highest accolades a person can achieve, and so it is with great pride that IBM UK has been able to compile the following list of esteemed colleagues.
The awards include Knight Commander of the Order of the British Empire (KBE), Knight Bachelor, Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE), Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE), Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) and British Empire Medal (BEM).
